If it's the plastic line that comes from the front of the engine and snakes around the outside of the air compressor and runs to the back of the compressor that's about a 15 minute job to change out and the replacement is upgraded to metal plus not very expensive. Every last drop of your coolant will come out of that line if you leave the engine running. You won't make it a mile before the ECM shuts your engine off. If the ECM doesn't shut if off get ready to spend several tens of thousands $$$$$$ on repair work.

Don't run it with out coolant. You gotta put a ban-aid on it some how. I'm glad you asked before you took off with it.
You'll give it unrepairable damage. That may not show its self for months.
May I ask, if you can get to it that easy why you don't just fix it ?

But If you must bring it to them instead of them coming to you. Get a hose one size bigger and slide those two ends into it. And then clamp it together. And then fill it with the fluid and drop it off at the shop when there's not a lot of traffic on the road. Should be 9 to 12 gallons of fluid.
If you do it this way tell the shop it's been new fluid. So not to discard it
