I have 2004 Volvo 465 and my question is the following: is necessary remove the turbo for replace the seal on pipe go from Turbo to block? This metal pipe is bolted under turbo with 2 bolts and has a seal on the other side (where get into the block).
    Thanks for any help, Walter

no it is not neccessary you need to remove turbo oil supply the flexible pipe on both ends maybe the heat shield if you stil have it from egr and then remove bottom two bolts from return line and just pull it from block it comes out only thing there is o ring i would highly suggest you have someone do it with d12 experience its going to take you way to much time to do it yourself when you put it back make sure the bottom hole is clean from block if not you are going to screw up the new o ring and it is still going to leak like hell

    waltherz Thanks this.
