Leaking water pump help!!

If the leaks not bad yes you could run it, take some spare water with you and top it up every 100 miles or so, keep a look out on the temp gauge, also reduce the radiator cap which reduces pressure and it will leak less water. Or if you can obtain any of that stop leak additive like Wynns.
