Leaky Radiator

    I just noticed it was a mercedes engine. I would definitely use bar's leak, & save the money for much more expensive major repairs later, that accompany mercedes engines. I also think some stop leaks can make matters worse, but I do not think bars leak is one of them. I had used it/ it hurt nothing & stopped the leak. I too keep 2 bottles in my truck, just in case. I am not going to have my engine warning light come on & shut down my engine, or have a tow truck tow me to a shop, when I am 800 miles from home. I will use the bars leak to get me home if needed.

    FYI - Rislone is made by same people that make bars leak. just letting you all know. I figure if its made by bars leak then must be ok also. oh and yes i have used it to repair a head gasket, and it worked extremely well, just need to turn off your coolant filter if you have a tap on it.
