Learning about truck driving

But CRST for me is somewhat like a soiled dove out of Carlise PA. Little bit of a mill back before there was a mill....

Hm. I can do without the trailer skirts though. Those are not wanted considering some of the farms I need to load em at.

 

They put the trailer skirts on trailers that go to California. Large companies that run California must have a certain percentage of their trailers with skirts.
Owner-operators on this forum probably know the exact details of skirt requirements.

 

I seriously appreciate your reminders here. If the devil in the details dance on my grave because I don't know about the California requirement. When I look over a truck I see function first and think about some of the places Ive had to go across in the past and what I can and cannot go with that skirt.

I have always been told that one day something like your reminder will bite me and it would if I discarded the skirt to load that way in CA.

 

Maybe the skirts need to be above the knee a little....
