    I'm doing better than most, not as good as some ... a small company, such as Swift, has it's advantages.

    I took a 26 month lease as a proof of concept. Turned it in and purchased a truck through IEL.

    I've got a system down ... 3k miles, $1500 net after taxes on average per week. Took a couple of years to work out the kinks. But I net just over $51K a year after taxes ... I take 10-12 weeks off a year. Sometimes a few days. But mostly in big chunks of 1 to 2 weeks at a time.

    Truck will be paid off this January and I'll pull an additional $30K a year after expenses ... I'm still sorting out the tax ramifications though, of the additional income.
