Myself I'd take the truck back were it came from , unless he wants to give you a knuckle sandwich.

You weren't lease purchasing the truck from him. He was paying for the truck through your pain and misery.

 

What was he over charging you for? Was there no way to dispute it?

No worries, we’re in a dilemma we don’t wanna go back to the company we were working at but there’s the truck shortage that makes impossible to lease a truck right now, plus we applied to Estes, Od and R&L and we haven’t heard back from them , we have other possibility with FedEx ground but we don’t like the driver facing camera thing
