I did lease from a 3rd party and can take my business wherever i want to or have my own authority. im making way more than crst malone lease.
Leasing is not bad when you know what to do.
How did i learn what to do and how to do; by failing.
So, dont make fun of people or underestimate them.
Success comes with the experience and the experience comes with the fails, bad decisions etc...
