Wicked..... I started reading your thread tonight and was on page 31 when I finally took a break. I happened onto this thread and right here is the company you work for lol!!!! It was a great thread (what I have read).
Can you tell me what kind of experience Equity is looking for and can you lease on your own leased truck? I've got 15yrs in the industry. Most OTR but no "recent" BS lol! I have 6 months verifiable OTR in the past 5 years ending Feb 2012. I've been driving fuel tanker, doubles and flatbed local since 2012.
Thanks and hope you are still doing well. I hate how its so hard to ask questions and get answers about leasing on here. I truly think its a good deal depending on your goals, your smarts and most importantly going with a company that cares.

What he said. I do know you can lease your own truck on but not sure about the leased part.

 

When you say leasing on your own leased truck , you mean like a 3rd part lease and you sign on? I imagine you can. You'd be an O/O with a big truck payment though.
Experience , I think they want recent, like in the last 3 years, but will take you and put you out with a trainer for a very short while , just to "make sure". That's my take.
I can't believe I still didn't say the company after 31 pages. Lol
