Sorry, but the only good lease is one leased from a dealership, then signing on with a company, lease deals from companies don’t benefit the driver/drivers, some find it satisfying, but many end in failure, sorry again, that’s just the facts, many leases are a walk away lease, because they know most will do just that, and they can re-lease the truck and make more money of that truck, plus you do not earn any equity in the trucks you lease from a company, for example you lease a truck with a 5 year lease, then after say 3 1/3 years you decided this isn’t working, you can walk away, but you just gave up any Val the truck might have had, so, again, if I was you, And if you don’t want to purchase a truck, you can lease trucks from dealerships, just like a car, stipulation my very of course, then find a company that meets your requirements

Might be an okay rate if you are also covering fuel costs. -

Leasing gets a bad name because the shady carriers earn it. BUT, they aren’t all bad. My advice is to find one that pays % of load.
My current lease: 70% + 100% fsc. Regional = home every weekend.
My lowest settlement has been $4500. My weekly Average is $6500-$7500.
That’s my portion- my truck grosses an act of $10,000 per week.
Not posting this to brag- just to show there are good ones out there.thelinedriver Thanks this. -
