Celadon needs to change their philosophy and guarantee at least $1000 paycheck for the drivers for all the hard work that they do, like Costco does; $13.50 for new cashiers, allot higher than the $7.50 min wage.

Celadon has signed a term sheet for a new $225 million asset-based revolving credit facility led by Bank of America that is expected to close during the June quarter and an amendment to its existing credit facility to waive potential defaults and provide interim liquidity.

We do not currently expect to be in compliance with our financial covenants on September 30, 2017, and, as a result, have undertaken a process whereby we would refinance our Credit Agreement. The agent and lenders under the Credit Agreement have been cooperative in our refinancing process, but we cannot assure you they will continue to cooperate with us.

If we fail to reach an agreement with our equipment lenders and lessors regarding maturity extensions and other needed accommodations, and we fail to make the required maturity payments, they could accelerate our obligations and foreclose on their collateral, which could negatively impact our ability to complete the refinancing of our Credit Agreement.

Geez.. leave him alone.. if he’s happy with what he’s doing: good.. it’s up to everyone to decide if that’s for them or not.. It’s appreciated that he tells his experience, yes, many of us wouldn’t be happy with that or would prefer to be a company driver for that same amount of income: but, if he’s happy.. he’s happy..

Well, I’ve seen some happy lease operators in my 15 years out here: more not, but some are just fine with what they are doing... it’s not fair to berate or judge anyone here for sharing their experiences..

 

Sillydon is a great company it’s the BEST. All lease operators They Are now focused on the company trucks. You have a limited amount of time left? They said get out of the House! Why do this company continue to advertise lease Purchase. I called recruiting for info and sho nuff. Lease a Prostarve for 550 a week 1.02 a mile and all cost projected at over 2200 a week. No percentage just sliding pay scale. Freight Rover may be going away also. They really are pushing the program hard
