My understanding is one year in general... it cuts down on the rolled-over tankers.

Don't do what? Definitely not the thread to be arguing about not taking advantage of a business opportunity. Plenty of those threads around for you to add your opinion.

Do you not realize the difference between asking questions and signing contracts?
If someone decides to go with Prime, it's their choice. Not only is it their choice, but it's their opportunity to make a good or a bad situation out of it. Whatever you do is always subject to your attitude. The best jobs in the world could easily be described as the worse, by someone who is willing to do so because he has a #### opinion about everything.

I speak from experience here, I'm a recovering cynic.

Is it true that if you lease from prime that you can make your own hometime I wont mind staying out 3 or 4 weeks but I would like to see the house for atleast 2 days after that and does prime offer a rider program for both company and lease drivers ive been looking at prime for a while kinda leaning towards the lease program but really aint sure yet

Yeap its, true, BUT the lease payment does not stop, you are still required to make your payment weekly. Yes there is a rider program, for company you have an age requirement of 12 yrs old I believe, talk to the recruiter on it. Also on the lease side there is a rider program but I don't know fore sure if it changes your lease payment for the additional insurance, Leasing would be thee ones to ask on that

    littleduck Thanks this.

Prime's company driver home time program will offer you better opportunities to take time off than you'd get as a lease driver.

    littleduck Thanks this.
