It's pretty much standard language on all Lear contracts ... The lease is for the truck you supply the driver. Even the lease purchase companies don't require you to drive the truck ... Just supply a driver. There was a CRE o/o that was running several trucks, 10 I think, all LP from CRE ... He didn't drive.
