Bridger is not a trustworthy company. Expect constant threats of no dispatch and 24 hour forced resets. Head dispatcher for ND thinks she owns the company and treats the drivers like ####. AOM is clueless and of no help 95% of the time. Constant high turn over should be your main warning to stay away. Start as a company driver, expect to be forced to become a owner operator. They will do this by cutting your loads down to 1 a day until you quit. You have been warned, save the headache and stay the heck away.

True statement Luke. Owner Operators have to pay for everything including having the tank pressure tested upon turn in from a lease. They suck you into a lease, you struggle to make money and can't afford to get out. After 2 weeks any major repairs to the truck is on your dime. Company will not help or they will take it out of your pay for months. Any owner operator or recruiter working for Bridger claiming they make over $25k a month is a liar. You get 3 or less loads a day. That doesn't equal more than $25k a month with current oil prices.

    Luke628 Thanks this.
