Does Landstar offer any health insurance?

 

No insurance, they figure you are your own business so it's on you.

I understand, just thought since they offer discounts on fuel and tires they may offer insurance.

 

Actually I do believe gallager does now. They sent out a questionare about a year or so ago and said they where working on implementing it. I never followed up on it due to my insurance coverage is thru the military (retired old fart). I would check with the recruiter or galager

 

What you guys drive to make money???? I just tour the country and site see! love those guys who come in here and run that stuff.
