Leaving a job KLLM

    Wishing I was somewhere on the road...

    Has anyone successfully quit their job with KLLM? It is looking like my husband will be quitting and we don't know what to expect. I have read horror stories on here of drivers getting the run around after they give notice, but nothing that KLLM has done would make us think they will do that to him. I am hoping that they will let him return his truck to California and not Jackson. Any words of advice? He wants to do this the right way and not close any future doors.

    Leannamarie, sorry your hubby is leaving KLLM. I'm not sure about it, but my trainer told me to just go by the employee handbook. But I haven't heard anything else as long as the truck is reasonably clean and he gives some kind of notice. As far as turning in the truck, I don't see why they wouldn't let him turn it in at Fontana. In fact everyone that I know and have talked with that has quit in the past, said they either came back or got regular letters from the company, asking them if they wanted to return. I'd call and find out.

    Yeah, I am sorry too. We should know today if he is leaving or not. KLLM has been good to him.
