Dont have to clear the wipers if you keep your windshield cold....

Unless the lens surface is heated the led projector headlights will snow pack .... there're deadly.....Ruthless and Blackshack46 Thank this. -

Purple?

Purple is a condition ?
-
Maybe?
Im not sure about your previous post. So I gave one to confuse as well.
It really all depends on the windshield, the wiper and the snow pack.
You could have dealt with all the negative.
Dont worry though, the NE will train you grasshopper. -
On my 379 I run Speaker brand led high beams and halogen low beams. Yes in some conditions high beams build up with ice or snow but usually in those conditions I'm running on low beams anyway, the yellow light penetrates fog or snow better than the super white light from LEDs.

A heavy wet snow sticks to everything , about like mashed taters. Cold or not it will stick. Cold windshield works best for dry snow.
