    Okay turns out they're a mixture of Peterson, TruckLite, and Signal Stat, and it appears to just be bad grounding. The wires were so loose that the smallest tap would make it lose connection. Currently they're running bright, even in the day light, I'll have to wait for my next night run to see how they really perform.
