Left a mark alright.

Every set of triangles I've ever seen has had a diagram on the inside of the lid that tells you where to put them. So there's really no excuse for not having them in the proper place.

 

Just imagine if the driver was placing the warning triangles when the four wheeler decided to go for a drive on the shoulder. The amount of reckless driving here in SoCal is outrageous. The state needs to start taking licenses away permanently after multiple offenses to put a stop to it.

 

Gotta love the headline of "Semi Truck Collision".

The offending semi truck was parked and did not collide with anything; it was the car doing all the colliding.
