I see, I wouldn't get one that lets you run over, you could just as well have a regular credit card then.
The bank should have asked you "do you want over-balance approvals or not?". I thought this question was mandatory today [with new bank account setups]. I also thought the default was "NO over balance approvals" unless the customer wanted to authorize this.
If you have good credit and savings with them I guess they assume you want to be allowed to buy what you want.
Mine began with overdraft then took it off when I asked them too. I would always have an issue with payments lagging and then all going through at once. I didnt have control of my finances. It hasn't been an issue for a while. It can be either way it wouldnt overdraft unless someone stole my card.
