left training before it was over

    hey bud going back to trans am. have a different trainer dont have to go through orientation again and i get to keep my 70 hours that i had in before. only 90 hours of training left then i have my own truck. i leave this wednesday to head back to kansas. all is good. thanks man for the concern. :yes2557:

    I'm sorry to hear of your problems. This is not a TransAm problem, rather a OTR problem. All companies have ###### trainers.

    I told you in a previous post I was starting with TransAm. I have previous experience, so no trainer for me.
    In all I would have to say I am VERY PLEASED. They give me good miles, have excellent support, and are very friendly.

    I hope you did not have the same trainer as i did. Was your trainers name FROG that looked like david spade?

    good do the 90 and go out on your own. it's so different by yourself. remember the first couple weeks suck cause your by yourself and still trying to learn the job but it gets easier and goes pretty smooth once you get a hang of it...........

    well one good thing is that i will have my wife in the truck with me on my first run and then many more to come. that will help me out a lot.

    Any updates?
    I'm glad to see you went back. I'm currently out with a trainer as well and he and the whole experience have been great. It's with a different company than you, but i'm sure every company has a few bad trainers running around.
