    from lyion... a lot of comany's will turn you in to dac reporting you abanded a load. this will keep him from driveing for most comanys that check there dac reports . one company tryed to aquesse me of abanding a load .i droped it off at the yard .they said that if you pick up a load you haft to deliver it if not you can be charged with abandment of a load.i wasnt getting payed and had to wate for some time 7 to 8 hours for money to be sent to me for fuel .they didnt have a fuel card .they say we are geting it in a few days .i worked about a month got 2 pay checks took me a week to get them. so i quite dam company was screwing me .i learned my leson quick.

    What's your contract say? If it ain't in the contract, it's as good as the paper it's written on. Does'nt matter if he did it or not.
