One thing removes points from a companies snapshot, and driver points (these are a fabrication but I digress).

Dataq is the only method. You do not need a lawyer to file one. In fact most have zero clue about the process. And you sure as #### do not need a lawyer to fight an inspection. They are not "the only method".

Don't buy into the BS this company is spreading across driver message boards. Do your own homework and you'll see why they had to take their company back private after the SEC started investigating their fraudulent practices.

 

He's a salesman for this company.

 

Yeah I got that the 2000 other times and screen names they use. You can see the sales pitch in the post.

However if it stops one poor tube long enough to do some research on them before sending them money my response was worth it. Best thing they ever did was thrown those people out of the truckstops. More annoying than panhandlers, lot lizards, and the pee smell.

By that logic, insurance companies are scams. You won't use it, until you need it. Irs better to have and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Lawyers are expensive.

 

Except for the fact the only reason to need this so-called coverage is because you expect to be breaking the law. The best way to not need the coverage and not actually pay huge fines is to simply not break the law.
