    All of you join the teamsters. It is illegal for the to fire the employees for organizing. They either pay union scale or go out of business. A win win either way in my book.

    Honestly i am happy and the few drivers i know working with Legend are as well, dont think they are on this site to share their experience. I agree with you "superflow" that they need strong drive force and as far as i know they are heading in that direction.

    Yep, but that is how they get the feight. If they constantly overbid they would not have frt. Every company has a min. Maybe theirs is less because of less overhead?

    LOL...very true but I'm also a desk driver most of the time now.
    I did sneak out for a couple of hours this morning and deliver a D-6 Cat on our lowbed because the regular driver had a dentist appointment. I do stuff like that every once in while.
    Now I'm back to driving the desk.
