    Hello all,

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, some of the companies I ended up venturing to didn't work out. I was wondering if I have to disclose those companies to future employers if I only worked there a month? I read somewhere that if you didn't work at least 3 months, that company doesn't have to be disclosed. But would they be able to pull it up on my DAC and see I worked there?

I could pull up the regulations, however there is no need. Lets dispense with DAC too. If you apply for a new job you will need to account for your time. This goes back as long as a full 10 years of employment as a driver with a CDL. So you are going to have to account for that time anyway so simply list these employers.. Make sure you also list orientations as well if you did not finish them. I am sure somebody will come along later and provide the link, but I would highly recommend you get a copy of your DAC and see what is on it.

Well I am also in college too, so I was wondering if I could substitute that time by saying I was in school in which the school would approve.

How about just being honest on the application? best way I know of to avoid being sent home later.

Well, the company that is currently considering me questioned my time at those employers and I honestly stated within reason of my departure. I am a very honest person in general, but that just made me ponder do I really have to disclose this information for future employers? And like I said, I read somewhere that someone said "you do not have to disclose a company if you didn't work there a minimum of 3 months" but then again, I don't believe just anything I read or hear, I like to get opinions and validate information. But I thank both of you guys for answering this and I will disclose them going forward with any company.

Trust me! you got to report these jobs. I'm still not going to link the regulation. Just trust me on this. List those jobs.

    DuvalKid Thanks this.

Why don't you want to admit to working at those places, did you get fired, it shouldn't really matter if you were in school and working tbey ought to be able to see you probably were just trying to find the job you wanted not job hopping.
