No its an everywhere thing. The only place they can control cost's is driver's wage's sucks. But it's the truth.

You control costs through fuel consumption, idle, tolls, etc. Drivers are needed to run freight. So lowering drivers' wages wouldnt make a whole lot of sense because trucks need to have drivers, and the drivers will want to be paid. If you think Lessors is controlling costs by ####### with drivers' wages, you're crazy.

Lots of areas to cut costs and not even touch the drivers wages , if you had 10 drivers and cut their wage by $0.02 / MILE on a 2800 mile weekly average you save a WHOPPING $560.00 / week , but if you had the 10 trucks / trailers washed every week at the BLUE BEACON and cancelled the weekly wash you would save $685.00/ week.
