And by the way, they hire a lot of drivers out of Florida, that's where a big percentage of new drivers come from.

Are you supposed to bend over backwards for every driver, no matter the screw ups they make, or how rude they can be? Read some posts on here. I understand there are some real gripes out there, but most are from drivers that felt they've been wronged because someone Wouldn't kiss their butt. It is what it is. Attitude goes a long way, on both ends. Why do I not have a lot of problems that others have at most places I have driven for? Attitude.

Some people just don't know when they are getting screwed I guess...Different strokes for different folks. I've been around a little longer. Trust me they suck...I'm making over a grand a week home every night....local out of Tampa...Health ins. that doesn't get taken away and vacation after 90 days....Treated with respect!!! Happy New Year!!

Thinking about it I decided to come back to this thread. How long were you with Lessors? And did you get after it or just sit around and complain. I'm just wondering. I've read posts on how guys were slobs or how people were ripping off bumpers and a variety of things. There's a simple common thread through everyone of those "whine" posts- you're all from Florida. Funny how it worked out that way.

Yeah,
I've heard about them cracker drivers from floriduh !!!!
-
Most of the problems come from the Florida drivers. The accidents, "incidents", late loads, etc. Some ( not all ) need their hands held for them. I was thinking about this earlier, and noticed that most posts come from the Florida drivers. Coincidence? Maybe. But a lot of them have done some pretty significant damage to trailers, on this thread they've admitted to pulling off bumpers, the cleanliness of their trucks, etc. I'm not saying that they are bad, they are saying they are......
Crazycricket Thanks this. -
Nobody in my trailer park works,
so don't blame us !!!!
