By the way, that's Kim. I've never had a problem with her, we've had a cordial relationship over the years. Never had an issue.

I hear yah. Lessors needs to just get the dispatching together. I have never in all my time heard of such system and some of the dispatchers and top notch want to be dispatchers have not even driven a big truck and do not understand certain things and as far as most of anyone in the offices dont even have a clue not this group anyway. Hear is the best one I have ever heard, driver for lessors, what is your thought about Q-com sends a report back the brakes were applied to hard and you get a nasty gram. I want you to tell me as an experience driver yoy never hit those brakes in a hard controlled manor so that dim wit you did not kill I really am wondering what happened to Lessors ? It seems they are getting a bad name for companies to work for

I do agree with you, want miles call in. And yes the FL. department is out there. I have a question for you. What is the deal with the Q-com sending back a report if the brakes were hit to hard.I have never heard of such a thing. As an experienced driver I have hit those brakes that hard and kept in control I dont think I would ever be able to live with my self if I killed that stupid driver and his family. I do know in 20 years of driving I thank-ful I have not had a wreck or killed someone. Like your thoughts

I see a lot of 09 Cascadias (DD15) from Lessors sitting at Truck Country. Any of you Lessor drivers know the story on them. They seem to all be in the 350K range for miles. Were they having major problems with them? Poor fuel mileage?.... Thanks.

We get rid of them around 350,000. Good trucks. APU equipped with the DD 15 motor, 10 speed, double bunk.

About LESSORS-who should I believe? I was considering them. If they do NYC-no way for me as I have had it with east coast. Does not sound like there are too many good ones left out there.

Well, I would never work for a company who made me pay for any damage. I have worked for 16 companies over 23 years (not 13) and have never been asked to pay for anything. I try a company out and if they are not good-I start looking again. When BoWevil told me they put drivers on 30 days probation, in front of the who group of new hires in orientation, I told the recruiter-THANK YOU. I am giving you people 2 weeks and if your no good-I'm going to fire you. You should have seen his face and the looks I got. Point being-to put up with any crap from any company.

If I got there and found out the lies and crap-I would be out of there the first day. You drivers should not put up with it. Take a photo of the drivers lounge and post it on the web-then send Lessors the web address to look at. If they want their bills, let them pay for it. Don't take any crap of any company!

Drivers-DAC is really 'Hireright' by name, a private company out of Tulsa. If there is something on your DAC (you can request on per lifetime free) it has to be fact. Most reports are only copied from what the former trucking company submits. All you have to do is have some proof it is not true (non-citable accidents, taped recordings from dispatch, witness at the time of your termination who will submit a testimony on your behalf and any other kind of proof and it will be take off DAC. They have nothing to do with the federal government. There is also a list of things you can do to fight the companies under the Federal Trade Commission (such as knowing that any company must provide a former driver a ride to their respected state like free of charge etc. Hope you guys look into this and don't let DAC scare you-only private company making money off you.
