I think they don't want to have to pay their portion of the benifits. They have no respect for the drivers.![]()

I work for Lessors and I can honestly say the only problem i have is with this 9252 miles a month and taking away your insurance. Once you get insurance how can they just take away your family insurance cause they don't dispatch you the miles that they require, this should be against the law. What has your miles got to do with the insueance. Twice I had two deaths in my family and they got me home immediate. I have also never had any problems going home when I'm ready. I notify them 2 weeks ahead and remind them and I have had no problems.

All I know is I gave 3 weeks notice to be home for Thanksgiving and again 1 week prior and still didn't get home...and was told I wouldn't be home for Christmas...guess what...I'm home jokes' on them

I have been totally happy there except for the benefits package which they don't tell you about till you quit you job and go up there. I'm in the process of looking for something else. My wife has been riding with me for 17 years and she may not drive but she does her share. MAN she can throw together a meal on this truck, cleans does paperwork and keeps me straight. We have been a team for to long to change it now, that is my first concern.

]Wow. Still crying, huh. I've heard more drivers cry over at Front Royal, VA in the last 3 months then I've ever heard. Rebel, you are spot on with the benefits. I totally agree. But with the other guys, you have to earn your spot. You just don't come on and run whatevr you want. It doesn't work that way. If some of you would spend the time you do whining on trying to get loads, and getting them there on time, you won't have an issue. I swear it's like a sissy la la princess convention. C'mon now. And if you took your truck out of route without asking first, that's on you. You shoud know better. You are supposed to be professional. Rebelpop obviously knows his job, and knows how to deal with what's put on his plate. Take his lead. I've been here almost 4 years, I earned the miles and respect I get. If you quit any job a month or two in, you are out of your mind. You have to be willing to work within company requirements, that sometimes don't fit yours. It's like that everywhere. If you can't make it here, as laid back as it is sometimes, I think you should go to Swift or Werner, where they will pretty much do your job for you.
mrE Thanks this. -
Not all drivers are in Larry's "preferred fleet" like you are Joe....
