You have to miss it a few months in a row. It's impossible unless you're a bad driver.

The facts are what they are. If that causes you butthurt that's your problem. I'm not going to paint any pictures that portray this company to be anything other than what they are. That seems to be your speciality. In your eyes Lessors can do no wrong and when things aren't as good for someone else as you say they are for you, it must be their own fault. I don't believe in promoting false narratives to get something to appear to be a lot better than it is. Good, bad, or indifferent, I'm always going to speak the truth about this company as witnessed by my own eyes and ears. If there's a big pile of BS going on, I'm not going to cover it with air freshener and tell people it's a bouquet of flowers. I'll leave that to you. You're a lot better at it anyway.Last edited: Oct 25, 2015
RookieJ1987, xlsdraw and BackIsSore Thank this. -
It's TWO months in a row that you have to be below the required minimum to lose your benefits. If you'd like I can fax you a copy of the page in the driver handbook where this policy is written. My miles have been great since I started on the 1st of September. However, I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that your experience will be the same or similar. It may be or it might not be. You might get a dispatcher who's really good and you might get one who isn't qualified to pour urine out of a boot. It is not completely up to you how things turn out at any company. You can give a company everything you've got and things still may not go well. Not everything is within your control and you would only be kidding yourself to believe otherwise. My experience has been great so far and I'm making money. You will not make $1000 every week. But I'm also reasonable enough to not have that expectation in the first place. I like how we run and I like how we operate. I REALLY like what happened when I came back from hometime a little over 2 weeks ago where I went directly from Florida to Washington with a load of juice and haven't been west of Mountain Home Idaho since then.

One other thing I like a lot that I have never experienced anywhere else...I rarely hear anything from anyone. No one from the company ever calls me or sends me messages about anything unless something is wrong or somebody has a question they think I have the answer to. I don't need to call my dispatcher to get a load. I don't need to call anyone hardly ever for anything unless something is wrong. That's a major plus for me because I HAAAAAAAAAAAATE talking on the phone.

We run French fries from the boise area down to the East LA area and most of that trip (prior to getting on 15 in Hesperia and going south toward LA) is two lane. It also has some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen and its wide open except for the parts where you're climbing mountains and going through small towns. Not as much of that as I thought there would be.

Do you still sit in Florida? After they started buying companies down in the South my Midwest to Laredo runs went away and all I would do is sit for a day or two waiting for some garbage reefer load out of the Southeast. Hated the shop in Eagan too, what a bunch of idiots. Must not of been that bad, I lasted 7 years after they bought out a small company I had been with.
xlsdraw Thanks this. -
Were you with Wise?
