So much for doing the right thing. I've given a 2 week notice at my current employer before orientation here. I've sat empty for 3 days now. Carriers hold it against you if you don't give notice, but if you do, they don't give you any loads.

 

You've gotta look out for #1, cause you know sure as hell they are.

 

I love that. I Love west coast driving and you don't get to do much of it when you live in Florida. Most companies that even hire from here in the first place either don't go west at all or it's only once in a great while. I could count on one hand how many times I've been to the western 11 in the last year on one hand and wouldn't need all my fingers to do it. If that wouldn't be the case at Lessors I just might take the plunge.

 

I like running the west coast too. Never got to go west at my current employer. When Pullen Bros was still around, I went to So. Cal. every trip.

 

Yall ever haul produce out of salinas california?

 

How about Ruiz Foods in Dinuba? Frozen mexican food, burritos, and these things called tornados. Ever pick up there?
