truckette my first day at cdl school, did straight line backing, and i nailed the alley backing without pulling up and not hitting any cones, cant wait for day 2.

 

So who are y'all driving for out of Arkansas ?

 

Truckette is driving for Pam, i hopefully will be tanker for Schneider.

Well day 2 done, today i went on the road up shifting i did #### well for 1 st time down shifting little tougher, but i drove 3 times and i started getting downshift down much better gotta remember rpms from 1k to 1,500 then shift for the truck i had downshift was around 16,000 rpms to 12,000rpms

 

Upshift 1,600 to 1,200 rpms, i wrote it wrong above post.

 

Give it time n youll have it down pat. Sometimes the truck just dont want to shift. At least mine does...

 

Do they have you double clutching?
