    Crash Roll Stunt Team.

Does CRST have solo drivers? Years ago looking for a OTR job. The numerous recruiters wanted me to team drive. . Sounded really well until they brought up. Team with another driver. No thanks, not for me
2 alpha males in a truck. yeah that would last about 8 hours. That is why never finished any OTR company. Went local and never regretted it.

OTR and training with another alpha male no thanks.

There mostly teams, its actually a good thing cause most there drivers are new and tend to mess up alot, it's like they hope two brains might make a team when one brain fails, that's why you never tailgate one or follow one you might end up in a ditch with one, theres a reason Mega companies hire newbies and buy new trucks all the time, there called learning companies for a reason.

Lets guess what he did, and why it was their fault.

...He averaged 3.5 MPG. Their fault because the truck was messed up.
...He had his truck towed. Because there was nowhere to park at the truckstop so he parked on the street.

There's no longevity in this business either.

All the posts go the same way:

    When I was with..........

    When I drove for.........

    When I was at.............

When I used to be with..........

Comes with the jobs. Trucking isn't easy, need to play around on different equipment before getting complacent :biggrin_25523:

Doing 1 type of equipment for 30 years can't be fun.
Learned long ago, If it's fun, It's not work.

I can careless what any employer thinks of job hopping. Do the job well and leave on good terms.

I fullfilled my duties and honored the experience, Time for another challenge. No employer will hold me back on whole lies and half truths.

So, how do you determine who's the true Alpha? Male dogs hump each other and fight to distinguish who's the alpha...... Wait, that's why that CRST was rocking sideways going down the road. I thought there were 2 people in the drivers seat. :biggrin_2556:
