Malone division is all flatbed with some step work. 100% o/o and l/o I chose them because they were a bigger carrier and I thought it would work out. It has to some extent but I have had a few issues but nothing to get me to leave. I've only been here for a couple months now. I like it that nobody bothers you if you don't let them. Make your daily check calls and find you own loads and it works out pretty well. I have my own truck so that helps that I don't have some $300+ truck payment each week. The one thing I will say and I've told him, but my recruiter stays in touch after he got me working. If I'm having issues with something from CRST Malone, he is the first one I call and he always follows up and helps me with the situation. I know its not his job but I spent a lot of time talking with him before I committed to Malone. This is getting a bit winded so if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
