Yeah, I understand what you're saying. I'm a 65 yr old male and read a lot about anything/everything. When I wake up in the middle of the night to turn over, I usually need to go, not urgently, but getting up and going makes it easier to get back to sleep. I've seen guys go all day or night without going. But I can't. And I don't have diabetes or prostate problems.
