Na, there's a lot more than that. There is blue, green, yellow, pink, red and orange. Google it. Many are mixable, a few are not.FelixFan Thanks this.

Coincidentally a buddy of mine sent me this this morning. Pretty much sums it up.
You Should Feel Guilty Buying Prediluted 50/50 Antifreeze -
It doesn’t make a whole lot of difference, from my own experience I’ve seen 50/50 bottles for sale since 2007. And it just reveals how long ago @86scotty started doing some maintenance on his own.

Referring to people who use 50/50 stuff as a people who can’t or won’t think is so wrong. I use it myself, I buy it for around $6 a gallon when they go on sale. I bet you 99.9% of company drivers who don’t own a truck use 50/50 whenever they need to top it off, and you were one of them at some point too, right? And only when you own a truck and down the road when you need to do something with that coolant and you want or need to do it on your own, you start asking yourself what is the right or best way to do with it.
Up until recently you were mixing Dexcool (GM specifically formulated coolant for their engines) with a red coolant which is a big no no, in an emergency yes you can add it but then as you get home or to the shop I would drain all the coolant and it goes to garbage and refill it with a new right color/formula if you care for the engine. Otherwise you running a test of your own on your own engine how that mix will perform over time, and pray that it will not cause any damage in your radiator, water pump, to the gaskets and o rings. It also seems like you looking for someone to approve that you mix Dexcool, and say that it’s ok to mix different colors so now you don’t need to spend all those $$$ to replace whole coolant in the system. Good luck and do a little bit more research on google not just on this forum, so it doesn’t look stupid when you post that there’s no such thing as concentrated coolant. Some people call it Anti-Freeze they all wrong too )))Last edited: Mar 1, 2020

Here another's take on 50/50 anti freeze. I like the part where he says to save the $2.50 to buy a set of harbor freight tools. Nothing for nothing, but HF tools have come a looong way since 1990...

Red stuff from Wal-Mart $12 gallon
PE_T Thanks this. -
I’ve been getting it from Walmart too. I wonder if they have a concentrated blend for semi trucks.

Use only the red heavy duty.

Dude, I think you are new to trucking and a lot of other things, but definitely not new at arguing semantics.
