Letter from DOT FMCSA

I'm not an expert on this, so please understand I am just going by what I see. I looked at the last piece of mail I was sent by a Federal Agency I noticed the zip on the meter stamp did NOT match the return address. It's possible that some federal agencies are using a contract mailing service that prints and mails their mailings. The FMCSA could be using a service located in London Ky. This is a 100% automated process and I would be willing to bet there was a printing error made. Contact the FMCSA and let them handle it!

Problem solved... I have been interviewing for jobs and I've had a few offers. I ignored a Clearinghouse query from a job I wasn't going to take so they tried to send me a letter but instead all I got was a blank page that said urgent action needed.... You can imagine the anxiety I've had after finding this in the mail on the day that I graduated driving school and got my CDL. Kudos for the FMCSA for the speedy reply, I sent them an email yesterday and in less than 24 hours I got my answer. Not bad for a government agency. Here is what they said.

"Upon further review of your account, it appears that the notice you received may have been in regards to a Full Query that had been submitted that was pending your Consent to be completed. If you have already consented to this query, there is nothing further that you need to do at this time."

Good news for sure because I start my new job this Monday. Thank you everyone for the replies.

Just FYI make sure you consent. You will have problems if you don't.
