I'm not an expert on this, so please understand I am just going by what I see. I looked at the last piece of mail I was sent by a Federal Agency I noticed the zip on the meter stamp did NOT match the return address. It's possible that some federal agencies are using a contract mailing service that prints and mails their mailings. The FMCSA could be using a service located in London Ky. This is a 100% automated process and I would be willing to bet there was a printing error made. Contact the FMCSA and let them handle it!

Thanks for letting us know. We see so many random questions from people new to the forum, that I find it nice to have an answer to a posed question.
