I have read several post about starting school and training at Millis. My question is how many made it through, did everyone get a job offer? How many are still working at Millis? Thanks for your replies.

yes you will be offered a job but honestly only 2 out of 8 actually get to there own truck... once most guys realize that there is alot to this job more than just turning a wheel and life on the road is tough they quit.. its a whole lifestyle change and most people cant handle it and thats the truth...I'm the only 1 left out of 11 that were in my class... good luck to all.. this job only the strong survive

Yes he does what a dumb ###. He made the rest of us all look bad... not to mention He took a life because of actions!!! that he can never give back.. May god have mercey on him

it was until they started the new hours of service crap and are switching to paperless logs soon. Not to mention they took away insurance.. there is really no reason for anyone with a family to consider this company anymore unless you can get regional. At least not for me.
-
hey blown02GT, whats the deal with the insurance???
-
####, that sucks not having no insurance. whats the deal with the NEW HOURS of SERVICE changing??? as far as paperless logs wouldn't it probally be better? to me that would take a whole lott of extra stuff off of the driver, wouldn't it???
-
not for me.. with them monitoring breaks and 34 hour restarts = less miles.. i used to mess with my logs so much it wasn't funny but i pulled alot of miles.. with them now watching, we couldn't do that.. then they took away the insurance.. i quit about 2 weeks ago, just wasn't worth it to me.. came home and found a job making more than i could on that crap and i'm home every night. Some people will probably be ok with it, but i'm not one of those people

Thats funny i still have my insurance and as far as miles go i left the house monday morning and when i get to Albany, GA tomorrow evening i will be at 2400 miles in 4 days and that was sitting part of the day Tuesday waiting to deliver in minnesota
