Hey guys. Im trying to buy a new truck. But am unable to obtain a letter of intent. Are there any owner operators hiring out there that can assist?
I have been trying to aquire a letter of intent for about a month now from a past company i worked for but they are based in tijuana and communication is sketchy. I really enjoyed working for them though as it was local work at the bsnf rail yards. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks
Letter of intent possible illegalities

You're asking someone to lie for you. You have no right to do that.
It's been pointed out to you that what you're doing is suborning a fraudulent act. That goes against the rules of TTR. We can not be and will not be a party to an obviously fraudulent act on the part of one of our members.
If you persist in this action your account will be closed and you will be banned from TTR.jamespmack, wore out, buddyd157 and 6 others Thank this. -
You already pointed out to me an issue i was having why are you continuing to harrass me. You know i sold my house and opened up a business a month ago. Ok, im sorry for being wrong earlier. I dont need continual harassment. Look, this is not the same #### thing. I have $25k for purchase of a truck, and i need someone to hire the truck so i can put a couple of guys to work for them. You can delete this thread since its already clogged with stuff

If this thread is still running
imo, this is not the d.ot. asking for a notarized letter. Its a private dealership asking for a letter because similar to housing loans too many loans were given out in the past and now lenders are not comfortable giving out loans to new businesses as easily. The only person truly at risk is the signer of the l.o.i. for promising a job to someone who is putting themselves in financial risk l, especially if they end up jobless. But the damage is lessened if the applier never even put in a job application, did orientarion, drug testing. But still is a risk to signer of l.o.i. but only if the "employee" is an a@#$%&e crack head slip and fall schemer and something slips up in payroll or legal format. The salesmen recommended i get a letter of intent despite not working for said company because as an american in this free nation, he understands that the law is not black and white. You dont sit at an intersecrion in the desert for 30min because of a stalled out red light. We are not zombies. So yall should take a breath, calm down a bit. And dont be afraid to speed past the policemen going too slow on the freeway

Im using online free lawyer service to have the question answered of how this affects the lender, the only potential victim if there is any illegality to this
