    I would love to see a screenshot of this ELD that shows logs back 3 weeks.
    Also, was that in driver mode or inspection mode?

    Plus if you were in the truck, you likely did have some false log entries.
    In that 2 weeks you were a passenger you obviously were not off duty the whole time, as you would have been in the sleeper. Not that you could have been off duty anyway. If you were in the jump seat it should have been on duty, if you were being legal anyway.

    So that’s where the problem is I think.
    Because you were running two separate apps off the same truck connection one app did not show the others rods.
    I think @brian991219 might be able to shed some light on this and give you some advice on how to proceed.

    Exactly what? If you were still in the truck you should have been in the sleeper berth or off duty.

    Or even on duty. He really could not use off duty most of the time and be legal.

    On-duty time means all time from the time a driver begins to work or is required to be in readiness to work until the time the driver is relieved from work and all responsibility for performing work. On-duty time shall include:
    (4) All time in or on a commercial motor vehicle, other than:
    (iii) Up to 2 hours riding in the passenger seat of a property-carrying vehicle moving on the highway immediately before or after a period of at least 8 consecutive hours in the sleeper berth;

    So either he was in sleeper all day (possible) or he was in the jump seat, but anything more than 2 hours has to be on duty, or go back to the sleeper for another 8.

    Good luck, but I think you're stuck. I don't find your story believable. " My dog ate my e log" - but someone at DOT may.

    Having two separate elds is a huge red flag. It just does not have sense
