Level 1. OOS

If you were logging sleeper and at home, it was a false log.....

 

I have pickup truck sleeper installed at my house.

 

Am I reading this right?

• January 16 you entered SB at 9:50 PM in Baker, CA
• January 30 shows SB for 24 hrs in Baker, CA
• January 31 shows OF for 24 hrs no location
• February 3 shows ON at 7:43 in Dayton, OH

So...?

1. Is your log really saying you've been in SB from 9:50 PM January 16 to Midnight January 30?
2. How did you get from Baker, CA to Dayton, OH and when?
3. Why does it show 24 hours of Sleeper and then suddenly change to OF?
4. Were you properly logged in as a team?

I am assuming you could have corrected the SB to show when you went OF back in Dayton before you started back to work.

Sure looks like you got boned twice, maybe three times... once by your app, once by your own inattention and once by the officer.

 

You can't sign off if you are in sleeper. LEO is 100% right.

 

So you didn’t get a ticket for the logs?

 

Still doesn't change the fact you had a false log. The sleeper time from jan 30 back the 4-5 days that was required to be there was all a false log.
