The sequence with the lights was as follows: 1. Start truck, 30 seconds later triangle light comes on and the *warn engine blinks in the led section (the section that has the miles, mpg etc

Then 2. The red ! Light with the annoying shoot me in the head beeping sound that doesn't go off, that starts beeping non stop.

So I had to drive from green river to helper Utah and they found that a. The swift technicians DID change the crankcase filter last week, but
    B. Doesnt matter because the coolant was seeping into the oil ( which explains the coolant problem)
    C. The egr valve, a long 3 foot valve that contains soot was clogged to full capacity, that needs to be replaced and
    D. The big enchilada, a cylinder is cracked in 2 areas

    Wonderful!

Oh ok, you have a Cummins ISX. You are probably getting the red stop engine light due to over crankcase pressure caused from a cracked cylinder liner.

Have you tried replacing the spark plugs. Bad plugs give a level 4

Yea I'm a third generation truck driver grew up working on them. I know better. I'd fix myself if it wasn't a company truck. Haven't bought my own yet and when I do it won't be a pro star
