LexisNexis goes back only seven years?

Yeah I ran BCI through the Google machine and only Utah turned up, so likely it's a state government thing. I don't live in Utah though. I'll do a deeper search later.

As far as LN goes, it's what the cops were using back when I was young in Michigan. That was their direct link to criminal records, DL's, registrations, plates, and all that stuff. Whenever they pulled you over they would immediately run your record through the LN to see what came up. I figured it was just the norm and that's what I used to look my sordid past up with.
