Basically I got a citation in Oregon last year for not having a certain permit or whatever to operate in Oregon. I was told by the officer that it would be on the company to pay as it's not my make sure company trucks have the proper permits paid for. I was sent a load and I took it.

They didnt pay it. That company is out of business. My out CDL out of of GA has been suspended and I'm having to pay $700.00 to get it back or payment plan with $200.00 up front. Times are tight.

    Any suggestions?
