    Many got a 3 year rule on suspensions and like what 123456 said, it depends on what?

    DUI, nope
    too many points, nope

    You are competing against a large pool of new drivers with clean records.

    You probably have to wait until the 3rd year. You should of known of the suspension. You have to reveal it on applications regardless of a MVR.
