And if you are caught in that lie, then what?
Where do you go from there? -
By my math behind the wheel I have right around 14mo experience but after putting my hire dates down and them verifying it they verified me at 19 mo Wich got my 2.5cpm increase where I am now
I think alot of companies round up a partial calendar month maybe it is for insurance reasons not sure... I even questioned them about it and they said they had verified my experience at 19moThull Thanks this. -
Haven't thought that far in advance yet lol. I'm a horrible liar

Tell them the gremlins made you do it and it is the same ones that keep tearing up there trucks. Tell them you have come to enroll there help in defeating the gremlins for good. Not just you for not just for them but for all TRUCKERS.Loose Leaf and Thull Thank this.

Don't lie shows bad character, plus even if you do get hired and later they find out it's usually going to end in termination.
-
I would put down the date I quit. If someone ever even notices, and asks you about it, be truthful. "My last day working was x. I don't know why Swift put in a different date, but I had already quit by then."
Blackshack46 and Thull Thank this. -
Print off that page, if you can, that way if there are any questions from prospective employers etc you have proof
-
When I left swift they sent me a letter stating my start and end dates. That's what i went off of.

slick mick, Getsinyourblood and Chinatown Thank this.
