Life at American Central Transport (ACT)

Have a good week off,I like doing it that way too.I seem to get alot more relaxed that way.Heard you on the radio sun on Rutherfords show.Let us know what you think we can do to get ACT to let us put the OPS system on our trucks.I agree that since you're buying the truck why not have a great oil system to protect the engine and be able to run synthetic.

 

OK, thought that was you because he was asking about putting on super singles and that the shop guy's did'nt see the benefit for such a big expense.Same thing you want to do.Rutherford said you might just break even the first year because of the wheel cost but yr 2 and 3 would be big savings.Got to look on down the road sometimes!

 

Hello after reading through the whole thread twice lol, I have decided to fill out an app to become a L/O with ACT. Marsha called me today[Sunday] which was a little bit of a surprise. She had to check to see if they can hire me in the backwoods here in Paris Tn. I'm about 100 miles northwest of Nashville, 120 miles Northeast of Memphis and about 60 miles South of Paducah Ky. I'm supposed to call her back in the morning to find out for sure if I'm in there hiring area. Will update with the results when I can and I'm sure I will have some questions for you all.

Cool deal..Don't know any Fields that I can think of. I go to Murray quite a bit and every once in awhile to Metropolis to Harrahs, but I haven't broke them yet lol
