mine were the miles....1500-2100 week....MPG...they want the truck at 10mpg...If u have an apu your set but no apu i dont sweat for no one so my idle was very high..and both my trucks were complete P.O.S...3917 was the last one i turned in and it leaked a gal of oil in 3 days...was in shop 3 times and they said they put new seals on it...Worse everytime out. i also got the talk about out of route miles...I took my ways and saved them miles but still got warnings for out of route milesgrc56_tn said: ↑jtaran .... so what's their gripe? ..... I've heard plenty but most of the complaints are about the miles but all drivers have that complaint these days no mater which company one drives for .... from my experiance so far, Roehl has followed thru on everything discussed ......Click to expand...

You got a total hard on for Roehl. Yeah I hear griping but in most cases the driver ain't worth a crap. Yeah Roehl may have issues that drivers don't like but at the end of the day if Roehl ain't profitable none of us have a job. I have yet to experience what some drivers cry about because I have learned life sometimes isn't fair and you just gotta weather the storms.GypsyWillowDusk72 said: ↑Wait you will experience first hand what the "gripping" is about.Click to expand...

Well ETCH you may be drinking the koolaid now but wait, I'll guarantee you that sometime in the future you will choke on it and you will be left wondering what happened. I have been purvey to things that have happened at Roehl and have experienced first hand their underhandedness. You like them great. You have no problems great. Good luck. They have changed. I stand by that and if you don't think that if they don't hang a driver out to dry...think again.ETCH5858 said: ↑You got a total hard on for Roehl. You know why you got warnings even if your way was shorter?.....Because they paid you for the miles opti calculated. So in their eyes they overpaid you.jtaran06 said: ↑mine were the miles....1500-2100 week....MPG...they want the truck at 10mpg...If u have an apu your set but no apu i dont sweat for no one so my idle was very high..and both my trucks were complete P.O.S...3917 was the last one i turned in and it leaked a gal of oil in 3 days...was in shop 3 times and they said they put new seals on it...Worse everytime out. i also got the talk about out of route miles...I took my ways and saved them miles but still got warnings for out of route milesClick to expand...

hey y'all ...... so far so good ..... I opted to stay out and go right into Evo II ..... so saturday, I hooked up with my Evo II trainer in Des Moines ..... he won't be my trainer for all of Evo II because he has home time scheduled ..... I'm on another flatbed .... all I can say is I'm glad I'm not doin flats .... I am beat .... lol ..... my next post I'll give a mileage update ..... not sure if I'll finish Evo II right away or not ..... supposedly we're not allowed to do the 2 Evos back to back any more but my fm is gonna see if he can get me by that policy .... I told him I'd rather finish the Evo II since I'll have about 7 or 8 days done before they get me home ....
how are you all doing with your training? -
I will be going to orientation next week. Is this thread open to all new Roehl drivers? I also have another thread going about starting out from the first day of school at Fox Valley Technical College.
