I am in the market for a flatbed rig that will be capable of hauling a minimum of 48K.

I know some of the trucks and trailers are know to be a bit lighter/heavier than others, and want to stay on the light side if possible.

I want something pre emission, if possible, prob flat top or mid, 47 state legal, versatile rig

    What are your recommendations?

I had a Freightliner Columbia with only one 150 gallon fuel tank and 58" midroof sleeper that with a combo 48'x96" trailer that I could scale 52,000.

Bennson has trailers that are only 7500 pounds. A Fl Columbia only weighs 16,000- 17,000 full of fuel. That leaves you 55,000 on freight.
