I'm pretty close to retirement and I just had to stop by this part of TR. I haven't done containers since probably 1986. If you want real paychecks you're going to have to be willing to put your work boots on. It's not going to happen in drybox or containers.
I am not a owner operator. I'm a company driver and I generally start my week Sunday mornings and I finish up sometime on Thursday. I drive a day cab and the company puts me up in nice hotels every night so I don't have to worry about parking or truck stop showers.
Everyone's out there looking to make the big buck as easy as possible and it just doesn't exist. Not even as a car hauler. As a car hauler you have to be willing to work in all the elements of the weather. You're going to have to go through the initial learning progress on how to inspect load and unload vehicles.
